Faulu Microfinance Bank has deepened its partnership with MuRong, marking a significant step in its digital transformation journey. Built on MuRong IDO, an innovative, open, and lightweight digital banking system, the partnership will drive the modernization of Faulu's omni-channel digital services, spanning mobile banking, internet banking, and agency banking.

MuRong IDO's Digital Orchestration capability will enable Faulu to centrally schedule and control its digital business processes and service nodes. This creates a unified operating model that supports efficient integration across Faulu's full range of digital services.
